Baughurst has a history going back over 1000 years, and is as strong a community now as was then.  We are home to many volunteering groups, two churches, a secondary school, and a small parade of shops.  It is comprised of three Wards - Baughurst, Baughurst Common and Wolverton, with a population of around 3,000 people, the majority of them living in urban Baughurst.  The Parish Council works closely with the whole of the community to help provide a safe and enjoyable place in which to live.
